First Stop Mental Health gives BarkleyOKRP employees and their eligible dependents access to virtual therapy, mental health coaching, medical evaluation, family and couples therapy, short-term therapy, and crisis support—making it easier to get help when you need it. And because asking for help shouldn’t come with another hurdle, BarkleyOKRP fully pays for the program.

A change of scenery can be good for your work—and your brain. Work Where You Wanna Weeks gives eligible team members the opportunity to work from wherever they want for up to two consecutive weeks each year, creating a little more freedom to work around the people, places, and moments that matter.

PTO is meant to be taken, not earned through guilt. BWell encourages everyone to disconnect and recharge, with clear expectations around PTO planning and coverage so you can actually step away—and your team knows how to keep things moving while you’re gone.
